1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ASEV Vehicle ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services, including electric golf carts, utility vehicles, lithium battery systems, and related OEM/ODM manufacturing services.

2. Products & Services

We provide professional manufacturing and OEM/ODM services for electric vehicles, including but not limited to:

• Electric golf carts (2, 4, 6, 8 seater configurations)
• Utility vehicles, ambulance carts, farm vehicles
• Lithium battery systems (48V/72V configurations)
• Custom design and manufacturing services
• Wholesale and bulk order fulfillment

Our vehicles meet international safety and quality standards:

• CE certification for European markets
• DOT-approved seat belts and tires
• ISO 9001 quality management system
• Battery safety certifications (UN38.3, MSDS)

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary permits for vehicle operation in their jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

ASEV Vehicle's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or modification
• Delays due to force majeure events or shipping complications

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and technical documentation remain the property of ASEV Vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property rights will be clearly defined in separate agreements. Customer logos and branding applied to vehicles remain the property of the respective customers.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process customer information solely for business purposes including order processing, communication, and service delivery.

Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for order fulfillment purposes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Xi'an.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
